Bryan moved here in 1981 when from Miami and has lived in Central Florida ever since. Bryan has been involved with Real Estate since he was a teenager helping his dad rehab homes along with his brothers. Bryan specializes in helping Sellers of Expired Listings when all hope has been lost. Bryan takes the buying and selling of clients largest assest they may ever own seriously. He has spent his time educating himself in the industry and has earned the Accredited Buyers Representative designation, certified from the Graduate Real Estate Institute, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Certified New Home Construction Specialist all to provide the best service to his clients. Bryan’s average time on market has remained steadily at around 1 week when it comes to selling when the standard is 40 days! Growing up in Central Florida Bryan is very familiar with the many different areas and neighborhoods which make him a great source for Buyers looking for their dream home. Bryan attended University of Florida and worked in the past as a Financial Planner and in the Insurance Field. He loves Martial Arts and is a huge Movie Buff. No really try and quote a line from any movie to try and stump him...it’s near impossible!
